At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Communities In Schools of Seattle Site Coordinators were able to quickly provide much needed resources for Seattle students and their families, including aid for food insecurity, emergency utility assistance, and other vital needs due to the great success of our 2020 Empower. Achieve. Succeed. virtual event. In 2021, Communities In Schools of Seattle staff continue to:
- Re-engage students while they learn remotely.
- Reimagine how we do our work in partnership with Seattle educators.
- Rebuild gains we made prior to the pandemic toward reducing social and economic barriers so all students have the opportunity to succeed.
Due to ongoing social distancing guidelines, the 2021 Empower. Achieve. Succeed. annual fundraiser will once again be virtual. We hope you will support us between April 7th and May 7th.
