Fawn has over 20 years of experience working with non-profits and higher education. 12 of those years have been with CIS. She is passionate and wholeheartedly believes in the work that CIS does. Fawn believes that the work we do is helping to close the opportunity gap in education and that we are helping to create an equitable path that gives students the resources and opportunities they need in life.
Fawn loves the diversity of her role with CIS of Greater King County working on the day-to-day operations and also overseeing programs. Fawn is a self-proclaimed nerd of operations and loves streamlining processes to help the organization be more efficient.
In her spare time Fawn enjoys live music, the ocean, hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
