Jaime is an inspirational leader who generates enthusiasm so others become just as eager as she is to transform ideas into action. She is energized by opportunities and possibilities and is driven to create meaningful, lasting experiences.
Jaime brings over 20 years of non-profit leadership experience serving youth and families throughout King County. She holds a Master’s in Education with a specialization in Transformational Leadership and leads with a deep commitment to equity and social justice. A proud University of Washington undergraduate, she now cheers just as hard from the stands as both of her sons proudly suit up for the UW football team. She has lived in Renton since 1999 with her husband and two boys.
Highly goal-oriented and someone who thrives on challenge, Jaime is also a three-time Ironman—yes, three. She brings that same grit, discipline, and joy for the journey into everything she does, whether leading teams, supporting families, or tackling the next big goal.
